what does noden do?
The company noden is a consultancy firm working with change and development in the areas of organisation, leadership and HR. Our assignments is most often delivered as lectures, facilitating in processes, leadership training, coaching and evaluations.  

The company has been in the market since 1996 and has it´s head office in Uppsala, Sweden. Since the start noden have been involved in training and development projects / programmes in all sectors of Swedish worklife; private, governmental, universities, with local authorities and county counsils, with the unions and with non-profit org. The name ”noden” is borrowed from network theory. In network theory the smallest components is ”nodes” and ”links”. To be ”noden” for us is to be in the center of of a network - a hub - for links or ”flows”.

Over the years noden has become well-known for very qualified networks with researchers and managers in all kinds of businesses. We have long relationsships with established institutions as Stockholm school of Economics and Mgruppen. We are also Scandinavian representatives for Henley Future Work Forum.

our noden conferences and learning trips
noden has over the years brought about many own conferences, seminars and learning trips in Sweden and abroad. Very interesting and mind-expanding trips with colleagues has been taken to England, Scotland, Brussels, Andalucia and Silicon Valley. Apart from offices in Uppsala and Hudiksvall noden also has an office in Andalucia, Spain.

For noden the mastering of environmental scanning is vital. Every week noden delivers the free business intelligence e-mail  ”Veckans trender och tecken” . The popular information is now delivered to over 7000 subscribers (June 2011). noden is also a frequent debater through articles and texts around leadership, organisation and HR- published in journals as ”Personal & Ledarskap” and ”Chef”.

noden is more than a small consultancy firm
For lots of people noden is more of a network than a company. Also to us. That means that we see our mission wider than delivering our assignments with best quality. We involve ourselves as mentors for young HR- workers and we engage in the development of university training in HR.
We see culture and music as important parts in high quality knowledge work. Therefore we have had several workshops around music and culture, we have created a musical CD on the theme of organisational culture and change. We have produced a DVD on leadership.
