What is Noden?
Noden is a company that provides consultation for development and change within the areas of leadership, organization and human resources. The company was established in 1997.

The head office is situated in Uppsala, while local offices are found in Hudiksvall (Sweden), Giovinazzo (Italy) and Almunécar (Spain).

Noden has been recognized for its high quality in networking - we have long term co-operations with major Swedish institutions and companies such as Stockholm School of Economics.

We are also the only Scandinavian company that is a representative for the Henley Future Work Forum in England.

Mona Gafvelin is working as an educator, investigator, coach and leader of process when it comes to management development and organization development. She is responsible for MBTI profiling and she is also the CEO of Noden.

Kjell Lindström
Kjell is an educator, investigator, coach and leader of process when it comes to management development and organization development. He is responsible for several HR-programs at Stockholm School of Economics, and he is also a Visiting Fellow at Henley Management College.

Eric Forsmark is a counselor within the area of organization and leadership. He is certified to lead General Eletric’s global BELS- management development program, counselor in international EU projects and responsible for Noden’s office in Spain.
